Jonathan is the proud owner of Footprints Floors Waco/Round Rock! Born and raised in East Tennessee, he enlisted in the Air Force at 18 after graduating high school. Over the next 21 years, he honed his skills as an aircraft maintainer, where he discovered a passion for managing complex tasks and overseeing maintenance operations for large organizations. He developed invaluable skills in multitasking, making decisions under pressure, and meeting challenging deadlines, which ultimately led him to earn a degree in Technical Management and Occupational Safety.

After retiring from the Air Force, Jonathan worked as a Site Workplace Health and Safety Manager for Amazon, Inc. There, he led a team of safety and health professionals in implementing safety strategies for facilities with up to 2,000 employees.

His time at Amazon taught him essential skills in navigating complex logistics and the importance of a customer-centric approach, always starting with the principle of Customer Obsession to find effective solutions.

Jonathan's military career allowed him to live in various locations, where he developed a passion for home renovations and upgrades. After relocating to Waco, TX, a challenging home renovation experience inspired him to establish a franchise that merges his love for home improvement with the customer-focused ethos he learned at Amazon. At Footprints Floors, he is dedicated to transforming his customers' visions into reality by helping them navigate and overcome any obstacles.

In his free time, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the beautiful Texas Hill Country, immersing himself in its rich culture and vibrant culinary scene!
